Spanning over 180,000 square feet, this large-scale project required a variety of flooring techniques to meet the diverse needs of a creative, multi-use environment.
Our team delivered a comprehensive commercial flooring installation designed to handle heavy traffic while enhancing the studio’s professional aesthetic. The project included:
- 40,000 sq. ft. of 800-grit polished concrete, offering a sleek, durable finish perfect for high-use spaces.
- 8,000 sq. ft. of 1500-grit dyed polished concrete, providing a rich, custom look with exceptional clarity and reflectivity.
- 130,000 sq. ft. of grind and seal flooring, a cost-effective yet durable solution ideal for large open areas, adding protection without sacrificing style.
- 7,400 sq. ft. of concrete topping with TRU PC, delivering a smooth, high-performance surface built to withstand the demands of an active facility.
